Yes.
In 2018, Congress passed H.R. 5485, making hemp legal for farming and personal use. As a close cousin of marijuana, hemp contains many identical cannabinoids, which are now 100% federally legal for both possession and consumption, medically or recreationally.
Hemp contains a trace amount of active THC, the ingredient that makes marijuana special. Legal hemp must contain a very small amount of active THC to be legal. However, there is a loophole. Hemp can be bred to contain a large amount of a different type of THC that is not regulated. This is THCa. It becomes regular THC once it hits its activation temperature.
All our products are independently laboratory tested to ensure they contain the legal amount of THC. These lab reports are available for every product.
What is THCa flower?
Q: Is THCa flower "weed"? A: Yes!
You may have heard of THC, the compound in cannabis (marijuana or hemp) that gets you high. Did you know that there is a precursor form of THC called THCa, which is found in raw cannabis plants? THCa stands for tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THC Acid), and it’s the mother of ALL THC. This means that all THC is created by applying heat or flame to THCa - the very same stuff that our flower is chock full of!
What is the difference between THCa hemp and marijuana?
In practice, not much!
The main difference is that THCa hemp cannot get you high by itself because it has very little THC in its current state. (This is also how it is legal to sell in Texas.) However, if you heat up THCa hemp, such as by smoking, baking, or vaping it, it will convert into THC and give you the same psychoactive effect or "high" as marijuana. But remember, if you use our THCa hemp without heating above 230 degrees Fahrenheit, you can receive the same anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, and anti-nausea benefits without the high.
So weed is totally legal?
Not yet. But hemp that meets specific standards is federally legal.

Yes! No medical card is required. We do require everyone to show their ID for store entrance. Everyone must also be at least 21 years old.

Order online and select curbside pickup. Select a pickup time of at least 15 minutes in the future and drive to our Houston location. Park in one of our dedicated drive-thru parking spots and call the number on the sign. We'll hustle the order to your door. We will check your ID to verify you are you. Our goal is to be at your door in less than 3 minutes.

All orders are double-sealed and shipped in discreet packaging. We offer $7 flat-rate shipping to all of Texas via UPS Ground. Orders in Texas that are more than $100 receive free UPS ground shipping.
We ship outside of Texas on a case by case basis. Tax laws and the differing local regulations make us proceed with caution when crossing state lines. If you're interested in an order, call us and we'll see what's possible for your situation.
